My Story

I'm Lisa Pace, Mediator, Attorney and Real Estate Developer.  As a Mediator, I combine my passion for negotiating with my honed listening skills, providing you the perfect combination for conflict resolution. That is mediation and that is why I excel at it.

Symbolically foxes represent that every problem has a solution if you reach for it.  After a successful career as an attorney and real estate developer, I am now a Mediator, helping you reach resolution through mediation.

Having been a Criminal Defense Attorney allows me to take a very neutral view of many situations. Having survived a very challenging divorce enables me to help both parties seek a joint solution in a dignified and peaceful manner.  My knowledge of complex business issues along with my extensive background allow me to understand and help resolve transactional disputes as well as marital conflicts as a neutral third party.  I look forward to helping you resolve your situation in mutual agreement. That's what I do best!

Why Choose Mediation

A mediator is articulate, skilled at negotiation techniques, understands human dynamics, listens effectively, and can restate issues in terms everyone understands. They act only as a facilitator. The parties in conflict come to a solution as the mediator moves them through the process. In many cases the mediator is an attorney but cannot provide legal advice while acting as a mediator.

How It Works

The mediation is held at a mutually agreeable neutral place or via Zoom / telephone negotiations between the mediator and the parties.  The mediator will describe how the process works, will explain the mediator’s role and will help establish ground rules for the sessions. The mediator does not have the power to make a decision for the parties, but can help the parties find a resolution that is mutually acceptable. Only the parties themselves can resolve the dispute in mediation.

Divorce Mediation

Divorce mediation is a voluntary settlement process used frequently by married couples who want to divorce or  domestic partners who want to separate. Divorce mediation gives couples the option to work through conflicts in an atmosphere of cooperation and mutual respect. With the assistance of a trained divorce mediator, an agreement can be reached for your family, your finances and your future.
